TEAM LEADER – MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a team leader to strengthen our team of technicians in our SOLUCARE™ division – maintenance and cleaning of commercial floor coverings. Why do we need you?

Since 1978, the Couvre-Planchers Labrosse team specializes in commercial flooring products and services in Montreal and Quebec. Our vision of sustainable development: the right product, in the right place, professionally installed and maintained responsibly. To fulfill this last promise, we created a division called SOLUCARE ™. This division specialized in the maintenance and cleaning of commercial floor coverings as a complementarity of our services.

Job description :

• Clean carpet or other flooring with the various task-specific equipment according to the customer’s needs.
• Clean equipment after work.
• Keep workplaces clean.
• Work in a team, respect authority and procedures.
• Be in a good physical shape, ability to lift equipment.
• Working hours may vary according to need and work is mainly done in the evenings.

Skills sought :

• Being able to manage teams, leadership, autonomy, punctuality, schedule flexibility.
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Availability evenings and weekends.
