Our Solucare commercial cleaning division, established in 1999, provides maintenance, cleaning and restoration services for commercial floor-coverings. Each year, we clean and maintain more than seven million square feet of carpet and other types of surfaces.

In addition to the regular cleaning provided by your maintenance team, your carpets will necessarily require in-depth cleaning. Our commercial carpet cleaning solutions remove dirt and improve air quality. Solucare offers a punctual (annual) or emergency carpet cleaning service. Our teams are available when you require them, at various intervals, according to your needs. Depending on the characteristics of your company, a single annual visit from our team may completely change the cleanliness of your environment.

The strategic Solucare program

Encapsulation method : An encapsulation process, leaving a protection layer to better preserve the integrity of the fibres, will be used to clean all the carpets. This process will prevent dirt sticking to the carpet and allow more efficient vacuum maintenance between cleanings. The encapsulation process utilises less water and preserves the adhesive applied at the installation of the carpet.

Extraction method: A hot water extraction process HWE may be used for carpet restoration cleaning in high traffic zones or when the carpet is very dirty due to an accumulation of dry or oily residues. Our solutions are effective in eliminating dirt and protecting the fibre. Long term, these methods will protect the appearance of your floor-coverings.

Factory truck : Besides providing in-depth cleaning, our solutions allow complete carpet restoration and decontamination while remaining eco-responsible. SolucareMC has acquired a factory-truck that used state-of-the-art technology and respects environmental standards. Cleaning capacity, up to 20 floors without loosing firing strength.

Vinyl cleaning is essential to keep your floor looking clean and durable. Solucare adapts its products, equipment and personnel to your requirements and needs. Steps

Cleaning preparation

Vinyl requiring sealant and wax is cleaned differently from vinyl without wax. Depending on the composition of the product, our team will either strip or degrease. The floor must be clean, neutralized and dry.

Deep cleaning

Has your floor covering been neglected? We've got the solution. It will be cleaned using specialized products and equipment. This step removes accumulated dirt and restores the vinyl to its original beauty.

Adapted for the finish

After cleaning, the vinyl is rinsed and polished. Buffing can be done with a wax, sealer or our VinylSealTM technology by Neverstrip. It's also possible to simply dry-polish your siding.

There's no need to worry about the arduous task of removing ceramic or the costly eventuality of replacing it. Our ceramic cleaning solutions are inexpensive and environmentally friendly. Our tile sealer is available in a variety of glosses and resists a wide range of odors (urine, chemicals, food and compounds). Steps

Stripping and cleaning

Using a rotating brush, your ceramic floors will first be completely stripped and cleaned by our maintenance teams. Our environmentally-friendly products will be used according to the composition (ceramic, porcelain, slate, marble, etc.) and condition of your floor covering.

Rinse and pH test

Our extractors or factory truck will perform the complete rinse. The next step is the pH and alkalinity test. In all cases, the ceramic must be pH-neutral before a top coat is applied. If the work is not carried out correctly, this step will have to be repeated.

Staining and sealing

Last step: applying the finish. Grout staining will completely change the style of your flooring. The application of a sealer or our TileSealTM technology by Neverstrip will prolong the cleanliness of your commercial floor covering and make maintenance much easier.
